REFUND POLICY

CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER)

Please make sure to choose the correct size while place your order because for hygienic reasons, underwear, swimsuits and piercing earrings are not refundable or exchangeable. * Shipping charges paid for the delivery of your order (online purchase) are non-refundable.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. So please make sure they are packed properly and cannot be damaged on the way. With the package remaining under your responsibility until it is returned to the correct destination, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage if you need to contact us regarding your return. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error. If we can locate the items (this is not always possible) and want them returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Final Sale: Please note that products marked as sales are not eligible for a return or refund. If we notice an unusual pattern of return activity that is not suitable: e.g. we suspect that someone is actually carrying their purchases and returning them or that the returned items are not what you ordered, we may need to investigate and escalate the issue. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with customer service, and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

Do you want to exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges on orders - if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted items and place a new order. What will happen when my return arrives with you? All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If we are not satisfied with the condition in which an item has been returned (for example, the tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we are unable to return it to stock, We may not be able to accept your return, and we may need to resend it to you. In the unlikely event, your item is returned in an inappropriate condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, and we reserve the right not to refund you.
